Isabelle and David’s Los Angeles Wedding at Old Brown House & Permanent Records

Isabel and David's Los Angeles wedding was equal parts vintage, modern, and distinctly LA — the kind of day that could only have happened in this city, with these two people.

It began at Hotel Per La before moving to a ceremony at Old Brown House, then into the evening at Permanent Records Roadhouse, where a vinyl-filled reception felt less like a wedding and more like the best party you've ever been to. The spaces told a story on their own, but it was the details that made it theirs.

Isabel wore an Anthropologie gown altered by Folklore Dress Studio into something that felt genuinely one-of-a-kind — vintage in spirit, entirely her own in execution. Hair and makeup by Chelsea Sule, a stunning vintage-inspired cake from Cake Queen LA, and a dinner from The Lime Truck rounded out a day that was as considered as it was effortless.

Shot on film — including a perfect little Super 8 film that captures the whole feeling in a few gorgeous minutes — the gallery holds onto the warmth, the texture, and the looseness of a Los Angeles wedding done exactly right.
